Step 2Approval

We will process the order and send a quote for approval.
Upon approval, Pipe Lighting will send the following documents:

• Equipment List
• rental agreement
• BILLING/INSURANCE FORM (For LA rentals only)
• BILLING/INSURANCE/SHIPPING FORM
• Invoice
• W9

Step 3Signatures

Please sign and send back the following documents:

• Quote
• Equipment List
• Rental Agreement
• COI

Step 4pickup / return

For LA rentals, call 626-376-6857 to schedule pickup and return at 11280 Peach Grove street, North Hollywood 91601.
For rentals outside LA, we box and ship with FedEx Accounts or designated carrier pickup services
